We offer refunds only for products that are received damaged or defective. Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos as proof. Once the claim is reviewed and verified by our team, an eligible refund or replacement will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within the applicable processing period. Claims that cannot be verified or are reported after the specified timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.
